Bike on but not with Maui Mountain Cruisers. We had a written confirmed 7am reservation to ride down from the Haleakala Crater. They showed up at 3am in the morning, woke us up and said we were wrong. After realizing their mistake, they were willing to take us up at 8:15am. Then they called the hotel and said 9:15am. We were so annoyed by their disrespect for our time that we cancelled. They are very disorganized and insensitive. Hard to believe I was going to spend $660 with them. I drove up to the crater instead.
