Quiet and central location. The ocean or mountain views are the best! And the construction of the buildings keep noise out. Located close to most everything in Maui, at a reasonable price, how can you go wrong?

Only as a last resort. Located near the Queen Kaahumanu Shopping Center, this large apartment complex has a long history of problems including safety concerns. You'd do well to consider offer locations in Kahului or Wailuku before staying here.
