new years day when every place that advertised was closed this place was open . so effecient and courteous. friedliest people in the island . I am a fan . took the fear of going to the doctor in a strange place away

I am planning my next visit to the Kihei area and am happy to see that Urgent Care Maui is still serving visitors like my family and I as well as the residents. A friend who lives full-time in the Islands recommended this clinic years ago and they have become our "Doctor away from home." My family is quite active and have had everything from earaches to stitches on our visits! That we don't always need an appointment really works for us!

highly recommend. where else do you have a Doctor's Office that stays so late , when every one else is gone home to bed. they work on weekends , holidays. if that is not caring and dedication what is. recent after hour need , had me calling all these other places that were supposed to be open , but no cigar.

I do not recommend this clinic. They have extreme lack of care and kindness. My daughter and I experienced rude self righteous attitude from some of the staff especially a receptionist named Angela. We were thrown out and threatened with removal by security and refused future care because I was asking too many questions and asked to see the doctor whom had been treating my four year old daughter and following her case by phone. Don't most people like to gather information in order to make an informed decision? This clinic demands full payment before you leave. They will not bill you later. Which is fine if they can tell you a little about the expenses involved, but they refuse to give any clue. And if you question them, they will call security on you and your four year old child. Wow. Seems like we were a big threat to the ego of someone who had to have total control over everyone. Extreme lack of humanity and quality care at this clinic. Okay if you are a robot. Horrible if you are a human.

took care of me not my insurance. I have not found anywher in the country or in any country that I can walk in to a clinic , be seen , treated , and be on my way within an hour. often with medication in hand. They don't take my mainland insurance, but I was given everything i need to get reimbursed. They took care of me not my insurance company. kive ti taje them home

Highly recommend. I highly recommend Dr Tavakoli and Urgent Care Maui in Kihei. I was visiting from Europe and had an accident. I fell while hiking and injured myself really badly. My friend who is a local referred me to this walk in clinic. I was admitted immediately without having to wait because I was in a state of shock and bleeding.The doctor cleaned the wounds and gave me medication that I needed. I felt really taken care of. I appreciated the simplicity of walking into a clinic and getting the urgent care I needed. Thank you - you are the best.
