Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. The local's choice for Steak. I came here on a Thursday night and was very happy I did - a lot of local's hanging out on their night off... It was fun to hear what island life is like and the food was great.
