Inspired Pacific Rim cuisine melds a broad range of influences with fresh Hawaiian ingredients. Creative seafood selections include prawn and basil wontons, and a catch of the day that's crusted with coconut and macadamia nuts. great outdoor ambiance!. My husband and I dined on one of our last nights here. We had a great table right at the beach's edge and enjoyed the sound of the waves. We appreciated that the menu had an eclectic fair. We had vegetarian dishes and we had seafood for the main course. I had scallops and I was disappointed in the size and the texture that they were cooked to. Nevertheless, my husband I would return. I am a real foodie and a stickler when it comes to scallop preparation. Our server was very friendly and helpful.
