At your own risk. I rented a board for a week last year from these guys and they were awesome, great price, friendly help, set me up with an epoxy shortboard, no hassle. This year, I anticipated the same service. The staff (won't name names) was HORRIBLE. The worst customer service i have ever had in my entire life. The shop was empty when we walked in, a few minutes later, staff walked in and didn't acknowledge us (room is like 20 ft by 20 ft), started to do a board repair. Finally, he asks what we need. I told him I had called earlier that morning to see about renting a board again for 10 days and had spoke to a woman. Told him she quoted me 150$. He said who did you talk to and doubted I talked to anyone b/c I couldn't remember gals name. Told him fine, i just need a board. He then proceeded to mumble about policy and demanded cash up front and emphasized ding repairs and made no effort to make the rental happen. I decided the writing was on the wall and left and rented from another shop in town. Not sure how that guy stays in business or if he had a REALLY bad day but I won't risk going back ever again.
