Wow!!.........what a great place...over and over and over ......AGAIN!. We "happened" onto Main Street Bistro by recommendation from a lady I was chatting with at the mall. We relocated here in Kahului permanently 4 months ago. We have now been to the Bistro 4 times and plan on going again this weekend. The food is excellent....everything we have tried is a 5 star rating and the atmosphere is fun, small but your always acknowledged by the chef/owner. Waitress' could smile a little more....I know they are busy but smiles go along way here. Kudos to Main Street Bistro, the music, atmosphere and food are all keeping us coming back!

Best food I've had on Maui, and top food I've ever had, amazing flavors great presentation, How do they do it for the price. made me feel like grandma made it, warm and fuzzy. You have to try the Tapa. Amazing powerful flavors. Very sophisticated and innovative menu. Simply done with flair and style. How do they do it for the price? Chef made me some tapas even though very busy at lunch, very accommodating. Came back for breakfast and had the smoked brisket hash with poached eggs...AWESOME. Flakiest biscuits west of the Mississippi. Paper thin slices of fried onions with housemade ketchup amazing, tried chef?s sausages, make his own chorizo, Italian and breakfast sausages fell in love with them. Had a grilled tamale stuffed relleno type dish at night was dumbfounded as how they came up with this explosion of flavors and textures. Staff is very friendly and low key. Only place in the town with free parking, found that out on second visit. Was on Maui for 2 weeks went to the Bistro 6 times, can?t wait to go back

great onion rings, love the durham burgers , brisket to die for. Everything is comfort, very casual but great food, fun and good drinks although not enough mixers.

Chef owner seated us, and checked back to make sure everything was good. very busy at lunch does small plates, tapas in the evening. very innovative
