Doesn't care about the customer!

I have to completely agree with the "bunch of crooks" post. I went in for a filling and when it had problems several days later, they told me it couldn't be fixed! I had heard extremely negative things from my co-workers before I came here, including that they only want your money, but I figured it couldn't be that bad. It was worse!! They have no concept of customer service AND it costs a fortune. It blows my mind that this company is still in existence, they are awful!

the most unethical bunch I've ever dealt with. Very crooked. Inexperienced assistants that are here today gone tomorrow. very bad experience. over charged for crown that didn't even fit. Unprofessional front desk, feeling of unwelcome throughout the "state of the art office"

Just wants your money

THey have six kids to support so they just want to take all of your money. They are really nice when you're their client. But when you move out of town and ask for your records to be release, they deny it unless your new dentist requests it. After I switched, the front office was really rude on the phone. During cleanings, they gossip way too much. Don't go there. Go to Horie instead.
- Pros: Clean office and some nice hygenists
- Cons: Snobbish
