Definitely a disaster of a company. I don't know if something is going wrong in the management of this company, since this is my first encounter with them, but wow.

Tried to email them many times, but no response.

Their web site is not managed, and the TV commercials are going to waste.

I could not get help from 5 different people. I tried my best to give them feedback and I even spoke to the supervisor and the owner, Bruce Bowman, and never got a single call back. At then end, they told me they don't want my business, when I asked for an estimate.

Good luck if you decide to use them.

Make a customer happy, they will tell 3 people.

Make a customer mad, they will tell 10 people.
