Quite pleased with this complex. I have been here for about 4 months and am pleased with my stay. I will most likely look into extending my lease. The apartments are pretty new, and I like the location. It is close to the beach, local businesses, and a grocery store. The prices are good, in my opinion.

I think the management and ownership are to be commended. If there is a problem, they want to know about it because they really care about what the customer thinks. This is a luxury not to be taken for granted. On at least 3 occasions I've seen the owner of the complex working in the leasing office, and she is a very pleasant woman to speak with. All of the good things about the complex can be traced back to her commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The management are friendly, available whenever you need them (they live on site), and good at what they do. The groundskeeping is better than you'd find at a lot of apartment complexes and condominiums on the island, and there is no extra cost. The maintenance crew is always prompt in addressing repairs and facilities issues.

It's really pretty hard to point out any negatives about this complex. The only ones I could think of are the fact that they're still in transition to getting advanced TV programming options such as HD programming and DVR (digital video recording) service, and the driers aren't the best in the world (but still cheaper than the local laundromat).

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean, reliable, and safe place to stay for any period of time. You won't be disappointed.

Management is superb. they all live on property and are always helpful

Lived here 3 years. would not live anywhere else.

I love there management they are very helpful to me. I have lived here 2 years with no rent increase. If you would like a nice place to live go see this complex.

Things always get fixed in a timely manner. The property is clean and well kept,

They also have parking enforcement on property @ night.
