My husband is a licensed Journeyman Plumber by the State of Hawaii.... Otherwise he couldn't do plumbing.
Plumbers and Electricians must be licensed by the State of Hawaii to do Plumbing and Electrical. This is a law with the State of Hawaii.

RIP OFFS! Overcharges for job and hourly rates!.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They rip you off! They not only overcharged me on the hourly rate (a $45/hr "premium" - over what they padi the guy who did it) - but they also overcharges for the hours worked!
BEWARE!!
