Tips for Kamaaina Loan & Cash for Gold Pawn shop

March 12, 2013

These guys pay the highest and I won't bother to check the other places anymore. I also had a ring that was my mom's so didn't really want to sell it. They loaned me cash on that ring and I can go pick it up in 60 days. So I got the cash I needed and can take care of business.

Recently a family member needed medical treatment. Went in to Cash for Gold like I have for years and brought some jewelry. I wanted to get a loan and they gave me more on a loan than the others had offered me to sell the jewelry. Of course I took the loan. The cash went to pay for the medical treatment and I will go back and pick up my jewelry when I get paid. Thanks for the help...really needed it.

I went in to sell some items and then go buy a piece of jewelry as a gift for my wife. They gave me more cash then I was offered anywhere else. I was stoked about that so I went to their jewelry store a couple doors down and was very surprised. They have great stuff and their prices are very reasonable. The lady in there was cool and helpful and when I asked for a deal the owner himself Bigrich came down to help me. He gave me a great deal on a ring that had a beautiful diamond. I bought it of course and thanked then both before heading out. By the way, my wife loved the ring!

Be very careful when buying jewelry from Richard Dan the owner and heres why...a few years ago I purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings from Richard and he took one of the earrings out of my sight into his other store next door on the pretense of tightening the backing because it was a little loose and when he return it to me he had switched the diamond for a smaller one. I didn't really realize it until a few days later because when I was at the store I just put them in and left the store. When I return a few days later to confront him he said he didn't remember me being in the store at all and just walked away! This guy is a crook...watch him closely!
